Once we have agreed what needs to be done, we will produce a Mechanical, Electrical and Building Monitoring Log Book so that all compliance records are in one place. It includes contact information, details of completed and planned service calls and test certificates and reports.
We believe that good service is about clear communications, full information and having someone for you to call for un-planned responses and enquiries.
So that we can deliver a quality service to you, we will;

  • Provide a named facilities manager who is your ICE contact for all queries,
  • Call you to agree a convenient date and time for planned servicing tasks,
  • Send you an e-mail to confirm the visit time and date and what we will be doing,
  • When we have completed our visit we will send you an e-mail that details what has been completed, how compliance has been achieved or a full description of any further work that is required.
