Where health and safety are concerned there is generally a requirement to keep records so that you can show that you are doing what you need to do to comply with regulations.
For legionella, the HSE’s ACoP L8 requires you to record the details of the people who have responsibilities, the risk assessment and written scheme, a water system schematic diagram, test results, remedial work actions, procedures and details of the precautionary measures including evidence that they are being carried.
Our site services log book ensures that this information is available in one place for your site. We provide a bespoke log book for each site that includes everything required to achieve the ACoP L8 requirements. We will add to it every time we visit to carry out work and show you what you need to do to ensure that it is always up to date.
